Our Trust The Chef option features a carefully curated menu that evolves daily and seasonally. Allow 2+ hours for this multi-course experience where you will enjoy standout dishes that pair beautifully with our extraordinary spirits, taking the marriage of food and drink to a new level. We appreciate when you book ahead for our Trust The Chef menu. Our last seating for this experience begins at 3:30pm.

Food is available all day from 9:30am-7pm. Please inquire for details on our set menu for groups of or bookings of 20 people or more.

Our menu changes frequently to keep things fresh and exciting and to showcase the best ingredients each season has to offer. Perennial favourites include hand shucked oysters, hand-speared fish and wild shot game.
