40ml Source Single Malt Gin
20ml Lemon
10ml Sugar syrup
Top Soda
Glass: Collins
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lemon Wheel
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake hard for 10 seconds and strain into glass. Top with soda.
